RPM is a great spot to buy your next all terrain vehicle or pwc. They have a lot to offer from in-stock inventory, lots of parts,boat storage on the lake, all types oils,cleaners, gear and accessories If you can't find it in the store their awsome staff will do their best to get you what your looking for. I would recommend stopping by if your in the area
We went in there looking to buy a boat. The person we spoke to wanted us to go to their Huntsville store and was supposed to call to confirm a date and time after the long weekend in May. He never called... We took our money elsewhere.
I have only done business with the parts desk and showroom but, I’d say they are fantastic and go out of their way for customers. I’ve walked in once when they were “closed”. The door was unlocked but they were not open. They still offered to help and get me what I needed. Will continue to use them!
My family and I were beyond impressed with the kindness and professionalism this company has to offer. We rented a boat from them for the day which was not only amazing in itself but their customer service and friendly employees made our experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and making an effort to always rent with RPM. Looking forward to seeing you all in the future!

Been dealing with RPM for over a decade when we visit the area several times each year. They have always taken care of myself, friends and family with sleds, and boating needs. A+ to Chris, Kerry and staff!
Was very disappointed with the service I received the other day. I asked for $20 worth of gas but the gentleman proceeded to fill up the tank. I made sure to say it twice and I also had the $20 bill in my hand. What got me was the was the snarky comment I received after tell him for the third time I only ask for $20. Instead of getting a I'm sorry for the confusion, I received a very harsh "your still going on I pay for that right". Of course I proceeded to pay the $62 that I owed without a fight. We are directly across the lake from RPM and have supported them for years as we store our boat with them. I was just shocked with the service and hopefully this was a one time thing.
